PRINCIPLES

Ethical removal policy.

Not every negative item should disappear. This policy defines the limits of responsible reputation work.

01

Grounded requests

We may assess inaccurate, illegal, non-consensual intimate, impersonating, doxxing, personal-data, policy-violating, duplicate or outdated content where an applicable route exists.

We work from exact URLs, dated screenshots, verifiable documents and a clear definition of the affected audience. We distinguish facts, opinions, personal data and allegedly illegal material before recommending action.

02

What we refuse

We do not buy reviews, invent identities, submit false reports, intimidate critics, impersonate authorities or conceal conflicts. We do not use deception to erase truthful information in the public interest.

Legitimate criticism may require response, operational learning or context rather than removal.

03

Proportionality and appeal

A request should identify the exact item and ground. Where a platform offers appeal, we document the decision and avoid repetitive submissions that may be abusive.

Outcomes depend on facts, current policies, applicable law and independent decisions by platforms, publishers, search engines and AI providers. We do not guarantee removals, rankings, publication or specific AI answers.
