REPUTATIONGEO.AI
Human expertise for a reputation shaped by search and AI.
ReputationGeo.ai is a bilingual reputation strategy practice for people and organizations that need clarity, discretion and responsible execution.
What we do
We combine search, review, content, public-source and AI-answer assessment. Where a valid route exists, we support correction, removal or delisting requests. Where material remains, we work on response, context, authority and responsible suppression.
Spain is the starting point, with bilingual capacity for matters affecting Europe, the United States and Spanish-speaking markets.
How we think
Reputation is not a cosmetic layer. It is built through facts, real customer experience, verifiable information and consistent internal decisions. Technology helps identify patterns and change, while interpretation, proportionality and communication require human judgment.
We work from exact URLs, dated screenshots, verifiable documents and a clear definition of the affected audience. We distinguish facts, opinions, personal data and allegedly illegal material before recommending action.
- Accuracy before volume
- Privacy by design
- Legitimate criticism is not silenced
- Transparent limits and dependencies
What we do not claim
We do not invent cases, testimonials, awards, offices or figures. Published scenarios are illustrative and labeled as such. We do not claim privileged access to Google, social networks, publishers or AI providers.
Outcomes depend on facts, current policies, applicable law and independent decisions by platforms, publishers, search engines and AI providers. We do not guarantee removals, rankings, publication or specific AI answers.
A discreet working relationship
We apply data minimization from the first contact. We do not need passwords, banking credentials, complete identity documents or illegal material for an initial assessment.
Every proposal should identify the scope, deliverables, owners and contracting entity before work begins. Inquiry information is used only to assess and respond to the request under the privacy policy.
Standards that turn a plan into responsible work.
Implementation begins with one source of truth. The team records the exact URLs, query wording, language, location, device context and observation date. Claims are separated from verified facts, and every important statement is assigned an owner who can confirm it. This avoids a common failure: publishing or reporting quickly with inconsistent names, dates, biographies or explanations that create further uncertainty for customers, journalists, search engines and AI systems.
Every external request should identify the specific item, the applicable ground, the evidence and the requested outcome. Removal, correction, delisting and response are not interchangeable. Internally, approvals should include communications, operations, privacy, security or qualified counsel according to the risk—not an unnecessarily large group. The final record should show what was sent, when it was sent, who made the decision and what appeal or review point remains available.
Public content must earn its place. A useful page answers a real question, identifies the responsible entity, supports claims with evidence and remains maintainable after launch. Profiles should agree on core facts while respecting the norms of each platform and market. Review invitations should be neutral and available to genuine customers rather than filtered for positive sentiment. Media or Wikipedia work should respect editorial independence and disclose conflicts where required. These standards protect the credibility of the wider program.
Measurement compares equivalent conditions over time. We examine source corrections, platform decisions, response completion, search-result composition, review themes, controlled-page discovery and recurring AI-answer patterns. A daily ranking or one favorable screenshot is not sufficient evidence. Reports should identify uncertainty, outside dependencies and unintended effects, including amplification. The objective is a more accurate and resilient information environment that supports informed decisions—not the artificial appearance that criticism or history never existed.
