Initial inquiry

Submitting a form creates no attorney-client, fiduciary, agency or professional relationship. No engagement is accepted until scope, entity, fees, data processing and terms are agreed in writing.

Scope and cooperation

The proposal will define deliverables, exclusions, duration and responsibilities. The client must provide accurate information, sufficient rights to materials and timely approvals.

We may reject misleading, illegal, abusive work or actions intended to silence legitimate criticism.

Third parties, outcomes and payment

Outcomes depend on facts, current policies, applicable law and independent decisions by platforms, publishers, search engines and AI providers. We do not guarantee removals, rankings, publication or specific AI answers.

Fees, taxes, due dates, cancellation and third-party costs will be stated in the proposal. General site copy does not replace those specific terms.

Confidentiality and ending work

We apply data minimization from the first contact. We do not need passwords, banking credentials, complete identity documents or illegal material for an initial assessment.

Confidentiality, retention, return and deletion duties will be specified in the agreement and applicable law.
